Welcome to our messy and sensory play preschooler playgroup! Here, we ensure a hassle-free booking experience for all our visitors. We provide a variety of workshops to stimulate your child's senses and creativity.

Allergy Considerations
We always strive to accommodate allergies, sensitivities, and other special needs to the best of our ability. Please inform us of any relevant conditions or requirements when booking so we can take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for your child.
Important: While we take care to minimise risks, parents/caregivers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or medical conditions. By attending the playgroup, you acknowledge that Mess will not be liable for adverse reactions if we were not informed of these conditions prior to the session.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Orders containing in-stock items are processed and dispatched as soon as possible and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Pre-order items are available for purchase prior to their arrival, allowing you to reserve your product in advance and avoid missing out. Each pre-order will include an estimated dispatch date.
Please note that if in-stock items are ordered together with a pre-order item, all products will be shipped once the pre-order item has arrived. To receive in-stock items immediately, kindly place a separate order.
We offer standard shipping only and delivery is a flat rate of $10.95
Standard shipping packages will be delivered within 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please check all items upon receipt.

Any damaged or faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
